Ryan Carroll
Owner
Ryan was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He and his wife Lauren are proud parents to their son, Beckham (you may be able to find him in the Gold Top branding). From an early age, service has been central to who Ryan is. After high school, Ryan enlisted in the Air Force where he served as an aircraft maintainer specializing in electrical and pneumatic systems. After serving in the military, Ryan moved back home and shifted his focus to serving his community by founding Gold Top Roofing. He aims to build the most transparent, dedicated group of roofing professionals in the state of Florida.
Jimmy Moore
Co-Owner / General Manager
Jim was born in the small farm town of Moody, Texas. After graduating from high school in Florida, he pursued a career in industrial construction, working nationwide on various oil refineries, power plants, and shipyards. When he met his future wife, Jim chose to settle down and took a job with less travel. He transitioned into the insurance industry, where he earned several prestigious awards, including the Pinnacle Award, MACR Award, and UWGL Award. Eventually, Jim realized he could leverage his expertise to assist homeowners with their roofing needs. He earned his Certified Roofing License in Florida and began working in production for some of the largest roofing contractors in the state. With years of experience and a passion for meticulous work, Jim quickly became one of the most well-known and sought-after experts in the region.
